For over a decade, Riversedge Renovations has been building high quality structures. Founded in 2002 by Mannie Afonso, to create a dependable force in construction. With over 20 years of experience, Mannie has his BS in Architectural Design combined with his Contractors and Home Improvement Licenses and is fully insured. He has been providing custom craftsmanship from house design and building to remodeling and renovations. Together with a team of sub-contractors he is involved in every stage of the building or renovation process to deliver quality workmanship. Mannie has also installed kitchen and bath showrooms for retail companies.

We met Mannie soon after we moved in nearly five years ago. We have used him exclusively since then on numerous small and large renovations both inside and on the exterior of the house. Manny Afonso is one of the most professional contractors we have had the opportunity to work with. We provided a few pictures of portico's we liked and he designed the rest. We also had him replace our old siding with vinyl. We are very happy with the outcome of both projects. He provided us with designs, pros and cons of certain materials, cost of materials, and cost of project details. Manny applied for all of the permits, ordered the materials, and was on site for all work days doing much of the work himself. When tearing away the old siding there was rot. Manny brought all of this to our attention and we were able to have him fix unforeseen problems that may have been covered up by others. He fixed the problem areas and did not charge us an exorbitant amount to do so. Other contractors bought in for the project were overseen by Manny. He made sure these contractors delivered on expectations of having the job done right. We felt very fortunate to have a contractor who paid attention to detail, worked in a timely manner, and cleaned up the site at the closing of the project. We will definitely be hiring Manny back for future projects.
